The food is good but the place is not real clean. A little pricey too.

Meal was served warm but more on the cold side. Asked for a tip at the register before we had even been served. Brought the food out and that was all the service we received. I won't recommend this destination to any of my Uber passengers

I really enjoyed the food and the restaurant was very clean I do think the young lady taking our order could have been a little bit more informative as the gentleman with me was 80 + years old and had some questions about the menu and instead of getting answers she just pointed at the menu instead this is what we have.. Telling us to us read it which is fine it's just a courtesy when elderly folks can't see well usually you expect a little assistance from the person behind the counter ...

Best ribs ever. They even have a gluten sensitive menu, making it simpler for me to order. Meal was incredible. Crayons and paper for the kids, excellent sweet tea and kind servers. Definitely recommend!

This is one of my favorite places to eat at. A little hidden gem of mine!!! They have AWESOME food + plus it's just so delicious! The staff makes you feel like your wanted and very welcome to be there 😊 You can either eat the delicious food there or take it home with you. My absolute fave is gotta be the ribs basket with sweet potato fries and macaroni and cheese!!! You gotta try it 😉 I know I will yet again, I just can't get enough!!!

Check your order Food great but paid for it then got less. Glad I checked. They correced right away. Need more staff. One person out front waiting tables taking to go orders running register.

Food was delicious. I would recommend this joint to anyone. The prices are pretty average and they serve large portions. Really tasty food here.

My family loves Shane's! The food is always amazing, and the staff is always courteous. The only thing that we believe could make this place better is the space given to eat. If the booths were larger I would have nothing to complain about this establishment.

Location is closed in Pace, FL. Found out after placing a take out order and going to pick it up only to find the whole place closed.

Shanes is the best bbq has the best wings in the 850 so i went in sonnys bbq and said shanes declares war everyone laughed but i didnt think it was funny

Best Brunswick stew I've ever eaten!! Staff is so nice and the Manager is very professional and greeted us at the table!! We look forward to our next trip!!

We had the full rack baby back ribs, mac and cheese and baked beans. The ribs were moist, very flavorful and fell off the bone. The baked beans were tasty and not too sweet. The mac and cheese was pretty good. There is original and spicy BBQ sauce and both were very tasty with a real nice blend of tomato, vinegar and spices. We really enjoyed our meal and at twenty five dollars for two people felt it was very reasonably priced. We will be sure to visit again next time we're in the area. If you're looking for some tasty ribs, give Shane's Rib Shack a try. It was finger licking good!

We went because someone on the reviews said it was like Kinfolks. Kinfolks is a much more family, ma and pa place with friendly service. This seems more like a chain restaurant where its not cooked the same way every time. The different sauces were good (hated not all the sauces were on the table so you had to search for the sauces from other peoples tables, quite stingy with their sauces) and it was nice that you could refill your drinks for free at their machine instead of waiting for a waitress.

Wonderful place to get your BBQ fix. A little pricey but worth it. Very good take away.

Loved that the food was nice and hot and the service was great.

The BBQ sauce was tasty. The spicy BBQ sauce was good too but definitely a white persons version of spicy. The Mac n Cheese isn’t anything to write home about. The place was clean and the staff was super friendly. They did seem a little under staffed for a Sunday afternoon but the service was fast enough. The atmosphere is what you’d expect for a southern towns meat joint. The prices are fair and the portions are generous but not overly so. My husband prefers Sonny’s but likes Shane’s more than Voodoo BBQ.

Best baby back ribs ever!!

The Big Daddy BBQ sandwich is really good. Its huge and hard for me to finish but my husband had no problem finishing his. The baked beans are good as well. I recommend this restaurant.

Place your order at the counter. Server will call your name & bring order to you. Or, you can pick up order at counter and take to go. Good variety. Extremely large volume of food in each order. Additionally, you can call to pre-order. Tasty food.

Solid food with a friendly staff and a homey comfortable environment. Everything had a made by hand feeling which I quite enjoyed. My only gripes are the prices and the options. I felt as if I was a bit restricted in what I wanted, and that some options such as the plates were drastically overpriced. Don't get me wrong, you get a ton of food, but I wanted a little less food and I wanted to spend a bit less as well, but there was no option to have what I wanted otherwise.

Stopped by this location today for lunch and it was great!! Fried okra and chicken came out hot and tasty! Restaurant was clean and staff friendly . Will visit again!!! We have visited the gulf breeze location in past and it was always been good but the food today at this location was even better .

My husband and I got our dinner to go, the only way this place could get any better is if they put cameras outside. Some jerk hit my car and left.

Everything was ok food wise, (fries ok, pulled pork ok, fried chicken tenders were best, ribs meant 3 rib bones w/2 pieces of meat in between. Atmosphere (sports club w/o beer). Not really worth another visit.

Love the BBQ! The potato is enough for two meals. The Brunswick stew is always tasty! The fries okra was light and delicious. Dont forget to top off your sweet tea before you leave.

Shack Sampler - I wouldn't recommend, ok chicken tenders, ribs were not my favorite, fries were gross, the pulled pork and baked beans were good.The half chicken plate with sweet potato fries were really good.Kids cheeseburger with Mac n cheese were good according to my daughter. Expensive for a "fast food" BBQ joint.

Eh, it's okay. But really, no beer??!? Food is pretty good but, the service has never been their best feature. We probably won't be going there much at all after Sonny's BBQ opens up just down the road from Shane's.

I went here for lunch and got the half rack of ribs with fried okra and baked beans. It did take a little time to get our food, but the wait was well worth it. The ribs fell right off the bone. It was a great meal. Next time I am in the Pace area, I will definitely be making a stop here for a half rack of ribs.

Just ok. Their lack sweet barbecue sauce and others is not working.

Very impressed with the prompt service for my catering. I called Pam and she offered me the "secret" cheaper two meat option for a little over $10 a plate. It was worth every penny! We had tons left over and no cleanup afterwards. The only criticism is the chicken was all white meat that was seasoned very well but NOT SMOKED for some reason. Give them a shot!

Overpriced for what it is. Service was okay, food was just okay and nothing to rave about. Disappointed.

An adequate BBQ restaurant. Prices were average, customer service was good, onion rings weren't an upcharge though cleanliness left something to be desired (napkins strewn over floor, sticky tables). 10-15 minute burger took 25 during a non-busy time. Sauces were mediocre. If ribs are supposed to be your "thing," they need to be better than okay.

Ordered the Half Rack of Ribs with slaw and onion rings.Looked good when it arrived.Slaw A+Onion rings A+Ribs... I would be ashamed if I EVER served ribs to someone that were like pork jerky. Not sure if they were made early this morning or yesterday...OMG.First and last visit.
